Use the Advanced Search for more complex searching, or when you know the name of the Service Provider that you wish to find. The Advanced Search is available to all users, but is best suited for use by health care professionals, including General Practitioners.
Enter as much information as you can, and click Search. The more information that you enter the more accurate the results will be.
If you know the name of the Service Provider, you should enter their name, along with any other details that you know about them, e.g. the service that they provide and their address details.
If you are looking for a list of Service Providers who provide a specific service, then add the type of service that you're looking for in the Service field. You should also add the State, suburb or town and postcode of the area where the services are to be provided. Define the type of service that you're looking for further by making a selection from the drop down lists in the Primary Service and Service Sub-Type fields.
Please note that you may not be able to find details for all locations. If you're unable to find details for the suburb or town that you've added, then try a neighbouring town or suburb. Alternatively, add only the State and postcode and re-run the search.
When you have added all of the required entries, select the Search button to find the details that you're looking for. Use the navigation tools at the bottom of the Service Provider list to see more search results. Click on the Service Provider's name to view their address and contact details.
