Multiple Operation Rule

Face, contour restoration of one region, for the correction of deformity using autogenous bone or cartilage, if the deformity:
(a) is secondary to congenital absence of tissue; or
(b) has arisen from:
(i) trauma (other than from previous cosmetic surgery); or
(ii) a diagnosed pathological process;
other than a service associated with a service to which item 45644 or 45717 (alveolar bone grafting) applies (H)
