Medicare Benefits Schedule - Item 377

Professional attendance by a prescribed medical practitioner, at a place other than consulting rooms, lasting more than 25 minutes but not more than 45 minutes, if:
(a) the attendance is to provide clinical support to a patient to whom a specialist or consultant physician is providing a service, to which another item applies, by way of a video conferencing consultation; and
(b) the patient is not an admitted patient; and
(c) the patient is not a care recipient in a residential aged care facility; and
(d) the prescribed medical practitioner is located in the same room as the patient for the whole of the attendance

Fee: $100.25 Benefit: 100% = $100.25

Extended Medicare Safety Net Cap: $300.75
